Every month, a story of work and inclusion
The 2025 “Decent and Inclusive Work” calendar is online, the result of the international photography competition that collected over 90 shots on decent and inclusive work.
The calendar, available in digital and paper format in both Italian and English, accompanies each month with selected images and reflections of their authors and marks 2025 with significant anniversaries for workers' rights, such as International Workers' Day (1 May) and International Day for Decent Work (7 October).
The photographers who participated in the competition gave us visually striking stories that can now be shared through the calendar with all citizens and inspire reflections on social issues, particularly the world of work.
The calendar was created thanks to the precious work of selecting the images of Annalisa Vandelli, Omar Faruk Osman Nur, Fiorella Prodi, Mabel Grossi and Alfredo Cavaliere, Of Silvia Stanzani who took care of the graphics, of Barbara Basile who took care of the translation and Salvioli Type for the press.
